We choose the most basic manufacturing process and automatic equipment, it is the same as MAX. Although the process is complex and the cost increases, it ensures that the first binding is successfully completed without any debris causing blockage of the cutting blade and the wire feeding channel, and it also saves the wire.

Although this method reduces costs, during the welding process, There will be a lot of welding materials or debris inside the feeding channel of the machine.If it is used for a long time or the binding fails, these debris will clog the machine. 

The ends of MAX's coil wire have strict requirements. Please check the product details of many suppliers. In terms of length, angles, width and thickness, they are all non-compliant. If you use these rolls, it will cause a lot of trouble for your operation, waste the time of the staff, and reduce the workers efficiency.
